Leh – 3 nights stay with breakfast and dinner as per the itinerary (twin sharing basis).
Kargil – Stay in hotel/homestay as per the itinerary (twin sharing basis).
Camping during the expedition as per the itinerary (twin sharing basis till Advanced Base Camp).
All meals while on trek (Pure Veg) as per the itinerary.
1 Versatile Base Camp Manager to handle communication and deploy extra manpower in emergencies.
1 Mountaineering & First Aid qualified professional Trek Leader.
1 Experienced high-altitude chef.
A team of Sherpas (number of Sherpas depending on the group size).
Enough support staff.
Sleeping bag, sleeping liners (if required), mattresses, and utensils.
3-men all-season trekker tent (twin sharing till Camp 2), kitchen & dining tent, and toilet tent.
Camping stool and walkie-talkie.
Ropes, helmet, ice axe, harness, gaiters, and crampons.
Medical kit, stretcher, oxygen cylinder, blood pressure monitor, oximeter, stethoscope, and Gamow/PAC HAPO Bag (Portable Hyperbaric Bag).

The company will not be responsible for any unforeseen expenses incurred due to unavoidable circumstances such as flight delays, roadblocks, strikes, mechanical faults, technical faults in the mode of transport, natural calamities, etc.
Extra cost for non-Indians: US $300 for foreign nationals only.
The Summit Bonus is 5% of the trek fee and is considered part of the tips for the Trek Leader, guides, porters, and support staff. (This amount is mandatory for trekkers who successfully complete the summit, Trekkers who do not reach the summit may contribute voluntarily if they wish.)
The following services can be provided on demand and subject to availability. Participants will have to pay extra for these services. (AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) – portable life-saving devices designed to treat people experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.)
Distances in the technical section (Days 6–13) can vary according to glacier conditions, fixed-rope placement, load-ferry requirements, and the exact camp locations. Current published Black Peak itineraries also vary between roughly 15 and 18 days, so these figures should be treated as operational approximations rather than fixed trail measurements.
