Monsoon Season:
Trekking in monsoon at Kuari pass is seriously not recommended as the trails get muddy and slippery due to rain. There is a high risk of landslides too. Who can do the Kuari Pass trek
Kuari pass is one such trek which can be done by anyone irrespective of their age group. Kuari pass trek can be done by children of 10 years to youth of 55-60 years. The Kuari pass trek altitude is 12,516ft which is neither too easy to trek nor as difficult as the expedition. But there are some points to be kept in mind.
Age is just a number or a myth among people that old people or very young people can't do treks. The main concern is all about your physical fitness. If you can walk from a peak for 6-7 kilometers with a backpack and can climb stairs for 20-30 minutes and also jog for 15-20 minutes then you are fit for trekking.
If your concern is that you are a first time trekker and have never trekked before then skip this as any of the Kuari Pass treks can be easily done by beginners. This is a perfect trek as the trails are not challenging except on the summit day where the trails are a bit steep but can be completed by beginners as well.
